Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return please fill out our contact form or you can email us at support@ilkla.com - Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are your full responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Once a refund is authorised payment can take up to 14 business days.
